Six additional potatoes made it official today, bringing our total across the finish line to 100. All this pedaling also brought our total mileage to over 19,700 miles. There are only 56 still pedaling toward the century mark, and still 59 who have yet to make it off the couch (DUD SPUDS coming up!).
Our potatoes finishing today are: Potabella wrapped up the ride with 107.6 miles while Gone Fishin’ Fry was just a mile back at 106.6 miles. Tater Malla crossed the finish line with 105.3 miles. Wolfpack Potato has another magnet to brag about with 101.6 miles and following close behind with 101.4 miles is Cajun Gator Tater. Potato Loco is our other finisher today with exactly 100.0 miles. Pedaling by the numbers: In this last week, we’ll focus on those on the road – and watch these numbers shrink as magnets are earned. Check out the stats (link below) to see all the specifics. For those off the couch and looking for the finish line:
More potatoes are joining the 90s group with 10 miles or less to go. 13 to be exact.
We still see 8 potatoes in the 80s. They should finish soon.
The next group got smaller – we now have 7 spuds in the 70s.
Same small group in the 60s – 4 potatoes who will be done with a couple of good rides.
There are 8 spuds hanging out in the 50s – you did half of it so far, let’s do this!
Only 1 potato in the 40s. Let’s get a couple longer rides in to finish this out.
The group in the 30s has 4 pedaling to the finish. Cheer them on – NO DUD SPUDS.
There are still 11 potatoes who are off the couch but have logged less than 30 miles Let’s look for this group to shrink.
